I just yesterday received the varsity letterman jacket that I had ordered, and I must write to say that I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the work. The pictures on the website, and even the proofs I received do not do the actual jacket justice. It is beautiful, and a work of art. I can definitely tell how hard everyone worked on it to make a wonderful final product.

I wanted to write this e-mail to personally thank everyone who was involved in the process. The customer service was very helpful, and speedy in their replies. If I had any questions, I would receive an answer almost instantly back. They were very clear in answering as well, which reassured me many times. The time frame which was specified was on point. Although I did not get an e-mail when the jacket got shipped out, when I called, I was called back the same day. Nicole called me back, as she had numerous times when I had left messages, and guided me on the shipping path of the jacket, providing me with the tracking number and apologizing for whatever might have caused the problem. Nicole is a great part of the staff, and I would like to thank her especially for being so helpful and professional.
